Meet Liz!
This planner was born out of my own journey to create a healthier, stronger, and more confident life. In 2025, I committed to small daily habits that added up to massive change. By the end of the year, I had lost 70 pounds, built strength I never thought possible, and created routines that continuously showed my physical progress as well as my physical, mental, and bodily freedom.
I’m Liz Raines, a mom, a military wife, and someone who knows what it feels like to want more for yourself and your family. What started as simple checkboxes in a binder became the system that changed my life. This planner is a more refined and beautiful version of that system and it’s ready to help you write your own story of consistency and confidence.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, building momentum, and creating a body and life you truly love. Every page was designed to encourage you, to empower you, and to remind you that progress is worth celebrating at every step.
